These terms describe how Sondera handles journey enquiries and reservations.

Journey proposals

Ideas, routes and pricing shared during planning are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Sondera.

Reservations and payments

Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are provided for each confirmed journey before payment is requested. Supplier conditions may also apply.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, insurance and any documents required for your journey. We will guide you where possible.

Changes

Travel plans can change due to weather, local conditions or supplier operations. If this happens, we will work to provide a considered alternative.
